A quarter of a million dollars… the things you can do with that type of money. Some people would travel, some would invest it, and some might attempt to buy the most expensive home in the United States.
According to the Realtor.com, a particular mansion in Bel-Air, California recently reached a value of 250 million dollars, making it the most expensive home in the United States.
Bruce Makowsky is the man behind the mansion, having built the 38,000 square-foot home entirely on spec. In other words, Makowsky never initially intended to present the property to a client, but nevertheless, changed his mind.
Makowsky’s property is a four-level exquisite mansion, including two master suites, 10 guest suites and 21 bathrooms!
The extravagance does not stop there. In addition to being a living space, the property contains 17,000 square feet dedicated to entertainment. This includes, but is not limited to, three amazing kitchens, five bars, and an infinity pool that stretches 85 feet. It doesn’t stop there… there’s also a movie theater that sits nearly 40 individuals and a four-lane bowling alley. Why would anyone ever want to leave the luxuries this home has to offer?
