7 Exercises To Reduce Back Fat

Summer’s on its way, and as much as we don’t want to think about it, it’s time to get that summer bod prepping for the vacations and beaches.

If you’re a stranger to exercise, like me, than worry not my friend. We’re here to give you a beginner’s tutorial on how to start getting in shape.

Read on to discover 7 simple exercises that will dramatically reduce your back fat.

1. Good Morning/Hip Hinge: This exercise can be performed both with or without a barbell. If you’re a beginner,  I would recommend trying it with your own body weight first before you pick up some weights. 

Let’s get started. Stand up straight and either place your hands on your hips or behind your head.

Make sure you stand up tall, keep your back tight and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Start bending forward to be parallel towards to floor. Bend at your hips and move back slowly to bring yourself to the initial position. Make sure you don’t round your back at any point.

If you perform this exercise correctly, you will work your lower back as well as your glutes and your hamstrings.
